Delete your Wrapsheet account

You can delete your Wrapsheet account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Wrapsheet and go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and everything in it are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@wrapsheetapp.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Wrapsheet account”. We’ll confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What’s deleted

Everything in your account:

your profile: name, home city, roles, rates, pay and HST details, ACTRA status, agent’s percentage and display settings;
your shows, logged days, future work and cheques;
the photos of work reports and cheques you scanned;
your username, your password and the sign-in account itself (your email address).

What’s kept

Nothing in Wrapsheet itself. Copies can remain in our hosting provider’s routine backups for up to 7 days, until those backups expire.

Work reports, cheques and messages you scanned were read by an AI service (Anthropic) at the time. Anthropic doesn’t use them for training, and deletes them within 30 days of the scan.

Crash reports from the app don’t include your name or email address. They expire on their own within 90 days.

Deleting your account can’t be undone. For a copy of your days first, use Days → Export CSV in the app.
