Wrapsheet

Terms of use

Effective 28 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wrapsheet (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wrapsheet.

1. Estimates, not advice

Wrapsheet estimates the fees owed under the ACTRA/CMPA/AQPM Independent Production Agreement from what you log. Its figures are estimates. They are not payroll, legal, tax or union advice, and not a ruling on what a production owes you.

We work hard to get them right: where your log can’t settle a rule, Wrapsheet uses the lower figure and says what’s missing, and it names the IPA article behind each line. But the agreement is complex, your log may be incomplete, and the app can be wrong. Check anything important against the agreement itself, and with your union steward, agent or accountant, before relying on it. You’re responsible for what you claim from a production.

2. Not affiliated with ACTRA

Wrapsheet is independent. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by ACTRA, the CMPA or the AQPM.

3. Your account

Keep your password and your phone secure, and give accurate information. An account is for one person. Tell us at support@wrapsheetapp.com if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your information

What you put into Wrapsheet stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy explains. Scan only documents you’re entitled to keep, and respect the privacy of other people who appear on them.

5. Using Wrapsheet fairly

Don’t misuse the app: no breaking the law with it, trying to reach other people’s data, getting around the scan limits, overloading the service, or copying or reverse-engineering the app beyond what the law allows.

6. The beta, and paid plans

Wrapsheet is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may not always work. Wrapsheet is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything is charged; purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms.

7. No warranty

Wrapsheet is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as fees you didn’t claim, lost earnings or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Wrapsheet in the 12 months before the claim, or C$50, whichever is more. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

9. Ending

You can stop using Wrapsheet and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may end the service with reasonable notice so you can export your days first.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

11. App stores

If you got Wrapsheet from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence for apps also applies, and Apple isn’t responsible for Wrapsheet or for supporting it. The same goes for Google if you got it from Google Play.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Using Wrapsheet after that means you accept the new terms.
